Yoga Sculpt

An energetic, music driven class that combines yoga, strength training and cardio. We use light weights and high repetitions to elevate your heart-rate, improve your endurance and boost your metabolism.

Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing

The first half of this class is a gentle restorative flow, followed by sound bowls, tuning forks and other healing instruments. A perfect way to help restore your body, calm your mind, and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
